The Cub Scout Advancement Program
Advancement is the process by which a boy progresses from badge to badge, learning new skills as he goes.

The Cub Scout Academics and Sports Program
The Cub Scout Academics and Sports program is a supplemental enrichment program that complements the existing Cub Scout program. The Academics subjects and Sports activities allow boys to learn new techniques, increase scholarship skills, develop sportsmanship, and have fun.

Other Awards
In addition to the awards available through the Cub Scout advancement program and the Academics and Sports program, Cub Scouts may earn a number of individual awards.
