Cub Scout Pack 1970 is located in the friendly, family community of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Our Pack was founded in 1974 and chartered through Ardmore Elementary School until 2009. In the spring of 2009, we became chartered through the Ardmore PTO. We are part of the Lakeshore District of the Detroit Area Council. Cub Scouts is part of the larger national organization of Boy Scouts of America. Although Ardmore Elementary is our home school, all boys in the surrounding area in 1st through 5th grades are welcome to join.

We are an active, caring group of families, dedicated to helping our sons grow in character, citizenship and faith. We firmly believe in the Scouting spirit, and the ideals of "Fun with a Purpose!" You will find us not just at Pack or Den meetings, but on outings that promote the Purposes of Scouting; projects that serve our community; and activities that promote awareness of our responsibility and appreciation of the world around us.

We hope each of our Scouts will continue to advance in the Scouting program not because of the badge of rank they may earn, but because of what they may learn about themselves, their families, others, God, and their country.

Our Pack meets the second Tuesday of every month at 6:45pm in the gym located at Ardmore Elementary School.
